Events are called Sessions or Games in Pickleheads.

    For members:

Once you join a group, e.g. MVPC Round Robin, when an organizer creates a session, the organizer will invite players to join. This can be all players in the group, players with a certain rating in the group, etc.

    • Players who are invited will get notified by Pickleheads via email and/or app notification

    • Players who are invited to the session can accept, decline or ignore the invite

    • Initially, everyone is on the Waitlisted or Pending list

    • Two to three days prior to the session, the organizer will confirm players from the waitlist. A lottery will determine who is confirmed with members having priority

    • If someone drops out, waitlisted players will move into the confirmed list

    • Players who are confirmed will be notified by Pickleheads

    • The organizer will send either an email or a group chat through Pickleheads a day before the event. Players should check their email or the Pickleheads app often a day before the event for possible updates

    • Players can always remove themselves from the confirm list or the waitlist. See Canceling Sign Ups section for details
